Main Objectives:

Develop sales activity in Utility market segment in Indonesia by promoting GF’s solutions and services with the goal to establish GF’s market position as a preferred piping systems solutions provider in Indonesia and Identify potential market in Utility.

Main tasks

Define and implement Utility segment strategy in Indonesia together with Sales Manager.

  • Delivering profitable growth through holistic approach to sales & marketing management and to improve the profitability of the Utility Market Segment.
  • Ensure proper networking activities with Utility authorities, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Whenever necessary coordinate with distributors activities for securing sales for supplying main projects on timely manner.
  • Make full use of product knowledge including technical know-how on the welding technologies establishing a highly valued sales tool in front of the customers whenever it comes to technical specifications and sales argumentation and during exhibition.
  • Use CRM tool proactively to drive sales process and build strong project pipeline

Job Requirement, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industry).
  • Experience in sales and technical knowledge in Utility - Water and Gas application
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
  • Able to read technical drawing/design.
  • Computer literate.
  • Presentation Skills

  • Business strategic planning and development.

Expertise:

  • Sales and Business Development expertise in the engineering and infrastructure industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of water treatment, water distribution, chemical sales, as well as pipes, valves, and process automation.
  • Strong network and relationships with EPCs, consultants, and contractors, particularly in infrastructure, pipeline, water treatment, and chemical processing projects.
