Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support the daily activities of our director in managing various tasks and projects related to digital strategy development. This position is open to individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Digital Strategist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns.
  • Organize schedules, manage daily agendas, and coordinate with clients or business partners.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and digital marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the creative team, content developers, and social media team to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Manage project documentation and records, including data related to campaign performance and analysis results.
  • Conduct market research and monitor digital trends to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Good understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and digital analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience working with a digital team or in digital marketing is an added advantage.
