Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and support Office 365, Azure AD, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions, ensuring records are up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft technologies, and web-based programming is highly desirable.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent service delivery skills.
  • Analytical skills to resolve end-user incidents escalated from the service desk or walk-up issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems within the supported geography under supervision.
