Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferably in Computer Engineering)
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a System Administrator.
  • Experience in system administration, particularly in managing Linux and Windows servers.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating system and Windows Server administration.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare, OpenStack, and Proxmox.
  • Familiarity with container platforms like Kubernetes, OpenShift (a plus).

  • Understanding of network infrastructure and RAID configuration.
  • Experience in setting up Network Management Systems (NMS) such as Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Knowledge of streaming platforms/messaging systems like Kafka and MQTT.
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Ansible) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of infrastructure, including active monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee integration setups and platform configurations, executing deployment processes and managing the CI/CD pipeline for efficient software delivery.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure Planning Engineer to implement the designed infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet the operational requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate with development and product teams to ensure infrastructure support for ongoing and upcoming projects, facilitating smooth operations across all platforms.
  • Lead efforts to improve operational procedures, adopting automation and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure management.
