  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Director at Elitez Indonesia in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Legal Director will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing legal issues, contract management, and handling mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Law and Legal Compliance skills
  • Experience in Legal Issues and Contract Management
  • Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a conglomerate or corporate legal environment is a plus
  • LLB/ JD and bar admission required
