- Lead and drive Asia Pacific Service sales
- Budgeting
- Sales
- Sales process
- Sales development
- Marketing
- Participate selected sales cases as the main negotiator.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in working with process industry and exposed in Sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven track record in driving growth and creating profitable solutions.
- Leadership capability to lead with influence in matrix organization.
- Experience and proven capability to work in multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, as well as presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience of Valmet sales process, products and related systems and tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Capability and drive to develop your colleagues.
- Self-motivation and can-do attitude.
- Commercial mindset and passion to serve our customers.
