- Experienced in handling licensing (OSS & LKPM), Intellectual Property/Trademark, and corporate actions

Job Description :
- Draft/Review various agreements and legal documents
- Provide legal advice, accurate & timely information for the company regarding relevant legal topics, and guidance in accordance with law and company regulations
- Support Legal Manager in carrying out company regulations and applicable laws
- Responsible in handling Intellectual Property/Trademark general management (renewal, new registration, and pre-litigation)
- Responsible in handling corporate actions regarding investment activity, RUPS & RUPSLB, dividend distribution, and right-issue policy
- Communicate with external legal institutions and/or notary, and manage relationships accordingly
- Responsible in creating report and action plan for daily, weekly, monthly, and occasionally basis
