Job Description
- Operate filling machines to produce finished goods jerrycans according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and adjust machines, prepare stock raw material and supporting material, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
- Lead all helpers to work as per planning to achieve production targets.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of filling machine equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Record production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a filling machine operator.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong experience in process automation systems.
- In-depth knowledge of filling machine operation, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining filling machines.
- Strong experience in process automation and robotic systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and facilitate effective collaboration among team members and with other departments.
- Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures to improve production efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a strong foundation of knowledge regarding filling machine operation.
