About the role:

The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility. This role involves planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes while maintaining product quality, meeting production targets, and optimizing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with various departments (sales, supply chain, quality assurance) to ensure alignment with production goals.
  • Monitor production processes, workflow, and resource utilization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
