Mission
Responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing building infrastructure and facilities to ensure they are functioning properly and are well-maintained. Conduct internal oversight and coordination.
Activities
- Develop work plans, cost estimates, and oversee the results of work.
- Responsible for maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
- Oversee equipment usage, including stock parts and materials.
- Manage work orders that have been submitted.
- Review inspection reports generated by the building and facility maintenance team.
- Accountable for reporting and overall work quality of the maintenance team.
- Instruct subordinates on additional tasks.
- Act as the primary responsible person for Building & Facility management.
- Ensure safety oversight and repair responsibilities.
- Conduct job analysis.
- Prepare purchasing analysis and create Material Request (MRV).
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment for subordinates in their daily tasks.
- Control and supervise approved work activity plans.
- Seek ways to reduce costs and implement more efficient repair methods.
- Maintain work discipline and regularly evaluate subordinates.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the General Manager.
- Manage stock of spare parts for building and facility maintenance.
- Responsible for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) within the workplace.
- Organize and prepare an annual budget for facility maintenance.
- Ensure all building facilities, both interior and exterior, including electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing, are properly maintained.
- Ensure actual data aligns with approved work plans.
- Responsible for maintenance facility work reports.
- Capable of planning maintenance and repairs in accordance with civil and electrical building standards.
- Able to perform cost-efficient maintenance and repairs within the established budget.
Size of Scope
Oversee maintenance and repair activities for:
- All company building facilities.
- All port facilities.
- All company amenities (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, roads, gates, public lighting, drainage systems, etc.).
Experience & Education
- Minimum D-3 in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Languages
- English
- Indonesian
Skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems.
- Practical skills in building and civil engineering.
- Leadership abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word & MS Excel).
