Established in 1980, PT. Indo Bharat Rayon (IBR) pioneered the production of viscose staple fiber (VSF) in Indonesia. Our Clients companies modern plant situated at Purwakarta in West Java, commenced commercial production in 1986 with a modest capacity of 16.500 TPA through strategic investments in expansion over the years, today it has an installed capacity of over 200.000 TPA and has become the world's second largest manufacturer of VSF at a single location. The unit manufactures VSF for both textile and non-woven purposes.

Marketed under the brand name Birla Cellulose, the company produces a wide range of VSF in engineered specifications for textile and non-woven applications. The company also produces chemicals like anhydrous sodium sulphate and sulphuric acid. Anhydrous sodium sulphate is widely used in the detergent, glass, textile dyeing, and pulp and paper industries in the domestic as well overseas market. Today, IBR not only enjoys a dominant share of the domestic market but also caters to a whole gamut of customers in the US, Europe, Turkey, Japan, Korea, China, Morocco, Philippines, Malaysia and other global locations in textile and non-woven segments.

Talent Acquisition & Training Development Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Lead the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates across various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, and networking events.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines to ensure a diverse and robust candidate pool.
  • Implement best practices in candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee the development and utilization of recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement talent management programs and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and career development opportunities.
  • Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement, performance management, and retention through effective feedback mechanisms, coaching, and career development plans.
  • Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that talent management practices are aligned with these principles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major

  • Having minimum 10 years of working experience in Talent Management (Talent Acquisition, Talent
  • Development, talent retention, Learning & Development, succession planning) HRIS and data analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skill and communicative
  • Good in English (both written and speaking) and good presentation skills
  • Advance in operating Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
