What You Will Do

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Content and Curriculum Developer Manager (Uspkill). In general, you need to work together with Education department in order to ensure the quality of education contents. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role.

  • Manages a team or department such as team allocation, budgeting, resource planning, and strategic goal setting.
  • Makes decisions and sets goals for the team, aligning them with organizational objectives and ensuring progress towards these goals.
  • Conducts coaching or mentoring to the team members, fostering professional growth and addressing performance issues.
  • Develops and implements continuous improvements on departmental policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represents the team in management meetings, providing updates, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Actively liaise the business team on client or stakeholder project meetings.

Requirements

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Management, vocational or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, vocational training, and managerial role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams, preferably in an educational or corporate training environment, trainer or coach background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing digital learning content, including interactive and multimedia-rich materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and enforcing policies and procedures within a curriculum development context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and enhance the effectiveness of existing product offerings.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with other departments, such as technology and design teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to lead a team, set objectives, and evaluate performance.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools, content management systems, and educational technologies.
  • Ability to conduct quality checks and provide constructive feedback on content.
  • Experience with accessibility guidelines and standards in educational content.
