Job Descriptions:
- Managing strategic projects within Business Unit to improve our business results and profitability, including driving the key stakeholders on their own
- Review all revenue streams that we have, and identify potential growth lever & business strategy
- Identifying room for improvement from the current business process and propose the solutions
- Aligning with stakeholders to collect data, analyze, problem solve, and draft & iterate solution
- Producing progress reports of overall business unit and presenting them to management & relevant stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years experience in business project management, business analysis, process improvement, or go to market strategy
- Experience in management consulting firm is a plus
- Fast learner
- Result-oriented and ready to hands-on to drive result & achieve target
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision making
- Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written & has assertiveness to drive their peers and stakeholders
