QUALITY ASSURANCE HEAD DEPARTMENT
MISSION
- To establish and uphold quality standards and regulations for services and processes that motivate and engage employees while continually enhancing services to meet client needs.
- To actively implement QHSE-related procedures aimed at improving quality, ensuring workplace safety, and protecting the environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality Management Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system across all business processes within the company.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assess and evaluate the company’s management system and business processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, governmental regulations, industry benchmarks, customer requirements, and technological advancements.
- System Maintenance and Development: Preserve and enhance management systems and work procedures to elevate the quality of business processes, encouraging all employees to align with the company's objectives.
ACTIVITIES
- Objective Development: Maintain quality objectives for the company and department, providing accurate monthly reports to management.
- Quality Policy Implementation: Develop and integrate quality policies and procedures into work activities to mitigate risks and enhance company performance.
- Audit Reporting: Prepare timely audit and inspection reports for quality and management systems, and assist in corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Process Analysis: Analyze business processes to develop, monitor, and assess the effectiveness and relevance of system procedures.
- Documentation: Document planning and development of business systems, conduct internal audits, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks in business processes, assess their impact and likelihood, and manage risks through Business Continuity Planning.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that services comply with legal standards and meet customer expectations.
- Communication: Convey quality systems and procedures to employees to uphold company standards and vision.
- Management Support: Assist management, department heads, and supervisors in defining and addressing quality-related issues.
- HSE Compliance: Follow company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Policy Adherence: Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical codes, including non-disclosure agreements.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Representation: Act as the company representative for both internal and external parties regarding Quality Assurance matters.
EDUCATION, LANGUAGE & EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree.
- Possess a security certificate.
- Familiarity with ISPS CODE 3.24.
- Proficient in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
SKILLS
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and database management.
