Lead, direct, and develop a dedicated team to establish and monitor the implementation of Sales strategies, policies, and procedures
Ensuring the suitability of targets, strategies, and processes for distributing relevant and up-to-date information to ensure the performance of Corporate / Insurance Accounts, and Referrals in increasing Hospital revenue
Monitor and analyze the selling strategy to customers and prospective corporate customers of the Hospital to ensure the achievement of sales targets from Corporate Accounts, Insurance Accounts, and Referrals
Work closely with the Head of Business and Regional BD in support of hospital strategies, priorities, and revenue targets to ensure the alignment of the activities with HO standards, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree from related major
- Good business acumen
- Strong negotiation and sales management skills
- At least 3-5 years' experience in relevant discipline with strong Sales background (B2B sales background)
- Key account management, negotiating contracts
- Successfully leads and develops team and gets results through others
- Experience in building network and experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relations
