Job Description
- Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Develop and execute a comprehensive internal expansion strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Identify potential growth areas within existing markets or adjacent industries.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to assess the feasibility and profitability of expansion opportunities. Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
- Evaluate Internal Capabilities: Assess the organization's existing resources, capabilities, and infrastructure to determine their suitability for expansion. Identify any gaps or areas that require investment or development.
- Lead Expansion Projects: Oversee and manage expansion projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track and measure the performance of expansion initiatives. Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify Synergies: Identify opportunities to leverage existing assets or capabilities to create synergies and enhance profitability.
- Develop Financial Models: Develop financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment (ROI) of expansion projects.
- Build and Lead Teams: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of expansion professionals. Provide mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of innovation and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in driving internal expansion or business development.
- Experience working in a tech startup and overseas is highly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
