Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and attract customers to food and beverage offerings.
- Content Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content showcasing the brand’s products, promotions, and experiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality, mouth-watering visuals that highlight menu items, seasonal dishes, and dining experiences.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Sprout Social to measure content performance and optimize social media strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative, digital marketing, and culinary teams to ensure the content reflects the brand’s ethos and promotional campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely manner to build a loyal customer base and foster a strong online presence.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up with food & beverage trends and viral social media content to creatively integrate them into the brand’s strategy.
- Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns: Plan and manage paid advertising on social platforms, ensuring the targeting of food enthusiasts and local communities for promotional offers and events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality or agency industry, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Strong understanding of food photography and videography, with an eye for visually appealing content.
- Creativity in developing campaigns that resonate with food lovers and dining communities.
- Knowledge of social media trends in the food & beverage space.
- Excellent communication and community management skills.
