  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  1. Understand the user's business and analyze how our solutions match the user's business needs.
  2. Gather user requirements and produce specifications for new or modified systems.
  3. Create business and system related documents such as FSD, HLD, IT, ST.
  4. Collaborate with programmers to develop systems.
  5. Carry out testing to ensure the solution provided meets user needs.
  6. Train users on a system and record user’s feedback.
  7. Monitor the effectiveness of the new system on the user's business.

Qualifications

  1. Passion in software development.
  2. Knowledge in design diagram such as UML, BPMN, ERD, etc.
  3. Knowledge in designing and compiling FSD (Functional Specification Document).
  4. Familiar with Java.
  5. Knowledge of SQL database and Linux OS.
  6. Excellent communication skill.
  7. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  8. Bachelor’s degree from Computerized Accounting, Information System, or equivalent).
  9. Preference is given to those with experience in the IT Business Analyst field of at least 3 years in the retail/ distributor/ manufacturing industry and experience designing and compiling FSD (Functional Specification Document).
