Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects that align with our company’s goals and meet business requirements. This role involves managing project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while maintaining a high level of communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT systems, processes, and project management methodologies, as well as leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring the timely and successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule
  • Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, timelines, and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects
  • Track and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular reports on progress
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and productivity
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 certification, or similar is a strong advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in managing software development projects, IT infrastructure projects, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies is a plus
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Ability to influence and drive change, even without direct authority
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
