  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Operation Manager for Support and Maintenance Projects
  • Excellent software knowledge, including Microsoft products, MS SQL, Exchange, and Apple iOS system

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving system and application issues with the team to meet the SLA
  • Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues
  • Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient operational processes
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external.
  • Experience in customer service is essential, as is several years’ experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support
