Job Titled : Operation Manager ( 5 years )
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Operation Manager for Support and Maintenance Projects
- Excellent software knowledge, including Microsoft products, MS SQL, Exchange, and Apple iOS system
- Excellent knowledge of IT services methodology such as ITIL, ITSM, and others methodology (ITIL or ITSM Certificate will be an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of IT networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
- Excellent communication skills & Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Responsibilities:
- Measure service satisfaction levels and resolve system and application issues with the team to meet the SLA as per the project contract
- Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process
- Resolving system and application issues with the team to meet the SLA
- Occasionally working with third parties to rectify issues
- Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient operational processes
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external.
- Experience in customer service is essential, as is several years’ experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support
