Job Overview

As an HR Generalist with a specialization in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's growth and success. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers and implementing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand.

Key Responsibility

  1. End-to-end recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, primarily through proactive outreach, social media, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create compelling content (e.g., job descriptions, and social media posts) to attract top talent.
  • Participate in industry events and career fairs to generate interest in our company.

Requirement & Qualification

  1. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or similar.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work in fast fast-paced working environment
  8. Excellence in communicating in English
