The Opportunity:

HR Generalist will be part of the Human Resources Team. People are the fundamental part with direct impact on the business, so the HR function is really important in the organization. The team is really dynamic and strongly engaged. We collaborate with all functional departments and external parties to plan and deliver the best of people strategies for our employees and the business. So we work smart, but FUN!

This role will focus on overseeing various aspects of people functions, including recruitment, onboarding, people services and organization structure to support the operations in the East area (Central Java + Yogyakarta, East Java, Bali, Kalimantan and Sulawesi). He/she will work closely with the designated department leadership team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver the expected business results.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Support recruitment process for east area and working closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support the online and offline recruitment activities and process, including walk-in interviews and job fairs.
  • Manage relationships with the third parties to support employer branding and industrial relations functions (government organizations, campus, community, etc)
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and offboarding process for exit employees.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Relations to manage employee relations issues and disputes in designated departments.
  • Manage employee administration, database and report.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor degree, with minimum 5 years of experience in HR function.
  • Previous experiences in recruitment and HR operations for retail business are preferable.
  • Organized and reliable, and good communication skill
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently
  • Quick to adapt with a new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong knowledge in labor law, and keep up-to-date with the government regulations.
