  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, organize and maintain personnel records and internal database
  • Create HR documents as needed (employment certificate, etc)
  • Conducting onboarding sessions (introducing new joiners about the company policies, employee benefits, etc)
  • Answer employee questions on HR-related issues

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Work/Intern/ Organizational experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
