Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager that will focus on identifying and securing new clients who are looking for top-tier creative marketing, video production, and digital content services. If you're skilled in client acquisition and passionate about creative marketing, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify leads and make contact with potential clients within media, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Work with our team to assist in developing focused pitches and proposals
- Provide regular updates to leadership on business development progress.
- Prospect and bring in sales to meet and exceed sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Proficient in English
