Photomatics is an automatic photo machine services company. Since 2017, we have partnered with coffee shops and communal spaces in more than 24 cities for 100+ branches and partnered with 50+ brand and events.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team as a “Business Development Internship”. In this role, you will be responsible for identify strategic partnerships that will enhance our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Strong project management skills, includes expertise in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operational, to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Develop and and deliver sales pitching to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our services.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and explore upselling /cross-selling opportunities.
  5. Negotiate and agreements with clients, partnership, and vendors to achieve mutual business objectives.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trend and methodologies in project management to bring innovate approaches and improvements.
  7. Prepare regular report on business development activities, analyzing key perfoemance metrics and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant

certifications are a plus.

2. Experienced in business development, sales, or marketing

3.⁠ ⁠Strong interpresonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse

stakeholders

4.⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose

effective solutions

5.⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively train

employees

6.⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance

7.⁠ ⁠Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and actionable insights

8.⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

9.⁠ ⁠Available for WFO in South Jakarta Area
