We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Account Executive to join our team and assist in managing our key accounts.

Job Description:

As a Senior Account Manager at Wilkinson Marketing, you will play a crucial role with the Jägermeister account and other Client. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing production schedules, coordinating with third-party manufacturers, and overseeing events. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Bali or have extensive knowledge of the Bali nightlife scene.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Account Manager in managing all aspects of the Jägermeister account.
2. Coordinate and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and products.
3. Liaise with third-party manufacturers to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards.
4. Oversee the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor coordination.
5. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and external partners.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Account Manager and clients.
7. Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
8. Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Have a degree in marketing, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years' experience in the same field
3. Based in Bali (Currently living in Bali).
4. Able to commute to various locations and venues around the island.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Good at managing finance report for the event.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
10. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
11. Previous experience in internships or part-time roles in event planning, marketing, or hospitality is a bonus, but not required.
