Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance ELITA's brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Lead the marketing team: Build, manage, and motivate the Marketing team to achieve set targets.
  • Analyze the market and trends: Conduct regular market research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
  • Ability to identify target markets, customer problems, and trends to provide solutions through products or services.
  • Manage marketing campaigns: Design and implement various marketing campaigns, both online and offline, such as social media campaigns, email marketing, events, and promotions.
  • Measure and evaluate performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
  • Build relationships with partners: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media, and other business partners.
  • Collaborate and partner with brands or individuals.
  • Manage the marketing budget: Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
  • Implement CRM strategies and conduct after-sales marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing. Experience in the fashion industry and offline marketing is preferred.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).
  • Understanding of branding principles and marketing communications.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and possess leadership qualities.
  • Creative and innovative in developing new ideas.
