    • Conduct regular sales meetings to assess progress toward goals and address any challenges faced by the team.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the retail sector.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position the companys financial products competitively.
    • Use insights from market analysis to adjust sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Sales Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing detailed reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and market feedback.
    • Present sales reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns that support the direct sales efforts.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from retailers and suggest product improvements or new financial offerings.
  • Client Onboarding & Support:
    • Oversee the onboarding process for retailers, ensuring a smooth integration of financial products and services.
    • Address any issues or concerns that retailers may have during and after the sales process, providing excellent post-sale support.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building relationships in the retail or financial industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data, create actionable sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and retailer visits.
