Role Description

This is a contract role for a Scrum Master located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Sprint Planning, User Stories, and Communication within the software development team. They will utilize their analytical skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Facilitation of Scrum Events. Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that all Scrum ceremonies are productive and focused.
• Coach and mentor team members in agile practices and principles.
• Facilitate discussions and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Advocate for agile values and principles across the organization.
• Support the organization in its agile transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
