Job Description:
- Achieve the sales target and key performance indicators set by the Company.
- Supervise Financial Planner (FP) and assist them to achieve production targets set by the Company through daily coordination, weekly meetings, training and development plan, product knowledge and their compliance with regulations and market conduct.
- Assist Partners in their work areas to achieve mutually agreed production targets, including helping Partners to understand all Insurance Products and their procedures, coaching for team members of Partners involved in marketing Insurance Products, regular coordination and meetings with Partners related to sales activities and insurance sales strategy initiatives, and Conducting visits to Partners (either alone or together with FP) to build relationships and ensure that the referral process runs smoothly.
- Ensure all reports from and to Partners and FP run according to the time specified by the Company.
- Supervise the entire New Business process and ensuring that policies can be issued
- Plan and monitor the group selling activities including its report, budget, target achievement and other sales activities.
- Create reports related with the position i.e. sales activities, group selling, pipelines, and ad-hoc reports needed.
- Comply with regulations i.e. company regulations and guidelines, government regulations, market conduct, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years' experience in sales, or Diploma with 5 years' experience in sales, preferably from insurance.
- Has a strong network with outstanding sales record, proactive, sales oriented with customer centric mindset
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experience & relationship
- Having good negotiation skill
