  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and innovating and making a significant contribution to the client's project
  • Performing the function of a facilitator who serves one or several Scrum Teams by providing services to the Scrum Team (Product Owner, Development Team, and Stakeholders)
  • Monitoring the Scrum Team in carrying out the development process in an agile, adaptive, transparent and professional manner
  • Implementing the functions of Scrum Core Values to the Scrum Team, namely: Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect and Commitment
  • Monitoring the Development Team's focus from outside interventions and impediments
  • Carry out escalations and find solutions to impediments faced by the Development Team
  • Carry out the function of collaboration with the Product Owner in ensuring that the development carried out by the Scrum Team is in accordance with the agreed Sprint Goal
  • Compile the priorities of the Product Backlog according to its value and urgency to the Product Owner
  • Monitoring Development Team in conducting the Scrum Ceremony
  • Analyze problems and proactively help the Scrum Team find solutions (short-term and long-term)
  • Analyze opportunities and implement process and workflow improvements to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from Information System, Computer Science, or Informatics Engineering
  • Have at least 3 years of experience involved in software development projects (SDLC)
  • Have experience as a Scrum Master / Product Owner / Development Team / Project Manager with a total experience of at least 3 years
  • Have atleast 2 or 3 years experience as IT Developer/Coding Experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall Experienced in Jira/Confluence administration or similar
  • Have experience in implementing Scrum Ceremony (sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review and retrospect sprint)
