Role Description

This is a contract Scrum Master (Banking Project) role at Amartek, you will be placed in our client located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Indonesia. The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, facilitating communication, defining user stories, and coordinating software development activities on-site.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager or equivalent experience.
  • Mandatory experience in banking.
  • Knowledge in best practice and methodologies in managing IT projects e.g., Waterfall, Agile etc. and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and demonstrated ability to translate client requirements.
  • Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials.
  • English excellent communication.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing, strategic projects from initiation through delivery and leading team members on billable implementation, migration, enhancement, or integration projects that often involve business process reengineering.
  • Responsible for defining the project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and tasks, as well as managing the project team, stakeholders, risks, issues, and changes.
  • Communicates the project status, progress and outcomes to the relevant parties and ensures that the project meets the expectations and requirements.
