Product Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production operations and work in shifts.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to optimize processes for cost efficiency and quality control.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specs, test plans, and engineering reports.
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, firmware, and software integration.
• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the transition from product development to mass production, addressing scalability and manufacturing challenges.
• Solve production problems to maintain quality and productivity.
• Communicate regularly with the HQ factory.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, or related engineering fields.
• Experience: Proven experience in product engineering or manufacturing within the telecommunication device industry, but we also welcoming Fresh Graduate to apply
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of telecommunications standards (4G, 5G, Wi-Fi), Smartphone Materials and proficiency in CAD, CREO, PLM tools, and testing equipment.
• Languages: Proficiency in Indonesian, English, and Mandarin is required.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to solve issues before going home, ensuring smooth operations.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, adapt to dynamic production environments, and collaborate effectively with teams and HQ factory.
