Responsibilities

  • Establish, leading and maintain business mostly with Top 10 Developers and 2nd tier developers in direct manner.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with distributors in assigned area to introduce and promote the sale of products in accordance with company, branch, marketing goals and policies.
  • Provide guidance and review the activities of distributor sales; provide training and assist in resolve specific questions or problems related to selling efforts or technical issue.
  • Establish and maintain contact with potential and existing design architects and developers to create awareness of products in their design and favorite choice of products.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with contractors, general contractors, builders, architects, plumbers and engineers to inform them of the advantages of using products for their customers.
  • Analyze and evaluate assigned area regarding sales trends and potentials, competition, economic/business conditions, and distributor performance; recommend changes in sales programs and distributorships to make area operation more effective in meeting sales volume quotas.
  • Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned area based on knowledge of area sales trends/potentials/competition/economic/business conditions.
  • Conduct distributor warehouse/on-site consumer inspections as required; serve distributor/customer complaints regarding product quality/installation/performance.
  • Ensure smooth handover of approved/specified projects to distributors; closely monitor on-time delivery of the products within distributors/customers as well as completion of signed contracts.
  • Attend/participate in Company sales meetings/trade/industry meetings/shows/conventions to increase knowledge of products/improve selling techniques/cultivate good working relationships with distributors/product users.
  • Prepare various correspondence/reports/forms related to daily activities/expenses/claims/etc.
  • Sharing knowledge/market intelligence to manager/or approved colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in sales area especially in PROJECT SALES area and demonstrate levels of performance across varied situations.
  • Have a strong networking and proven has successfully working with Property Developers especially Top 10 Developers and 2nd tier property developers.
  • Can work under pressure and high targets.
  • Target oriented and has the aggressive sales characteristic.
  • Can penetrate both directly to customer and working with distributors.
  • Has the capability to work independently (analyze, plan, action, control) with initiative and creativity to ensure operational excellence.
  • Good command of English communication skills is a must.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Frequent travels are required.
  • Experienced in Bath and kitchen industry would be best.
  • Another relevant industry: Building Material, Plumbing, Furniture.
  • Have relations with Architects, Consultants and Interior design firm.
  • Have experience with Salesforce.com or Power BI is preferred.
  • Good Microsoft office skill: Excel, PPT and MS Word.
  • Good team player and collaboration with other departments.
