Product Owner

Lead Requirement Gathering:

• Take ownership of defining and gathering product requirements, being proactive throughout the product lifecycle to ensure all stakeholders' needs are met.

Industry Experience:

• Proven experience working in fintech, investment applications, and e-Commerce sectors.

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Establish and communicate a shared product vision and strategy, with a focus on KYC, equities, mutual funds, bonds, and other financial products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and business development, to ensure product development aligns with overall business goals.

Product Requirements Documentation (PRD):

• Create clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and user scenarios through discussions with key stakeholders.

Backlog Prioritization:

• Maintain and prioritize a product backlog based on business impact, customer needs, and strategic objectives.

Roadmap Development:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, mobilizing teams to execute on the product vision and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Performance Metrics & Analysis:

• Measure and analyze key product performance metrics to identify success factors, and work closely with BD and marketing teams to drive product success.

Risk Mitigation:

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process, ensuring that products meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.

User-Centric Design Focus:

• Demonstrated ability to incorporate customer feedback and user testing into the product development process to enhance the overall user experience.

Agile/Scrum Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including leading Scrum teams to ensure continuous delivery and improvement of the product.

Technical Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and technology integration, particularly in areas related to KYC, equities, and financial platforms.

Regulatory Awareness:

• Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR) to ensure compliance within fintech and investment platforms.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed, strategic product decisions.

Budget Management:

• Experience in managing product budgets and optimizing resources to deliver maximum value and impact.

Communication & Leadership:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Language Proficiency:

• You should be proficient in both written and spoken English, as effective communication is key to success in this role.

Experience Level:

• A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated product management or product ownership experience, preferably within fintech, investment applications, or e-commerce environments.

Preferred Industry Background:

While not mandatory, it would be highly advantageous if you have prior working experience with prominent companies in the fintech and investment sectors, such as:
