  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Welcome to PT RYZ Properti Indonesia, a real estate company established and founded in Indonesia. Our real estate consultancy branch, operating under the name of RYZ Property Consulting, is growing our property research & advisory services team in Jakarta area.

We are looking for a candidate with a business and independent mindset to join our research team as a Research Executive. Our ongoing project is a place for an individual who values diversity in a collaborative-open-minded environment and you will be benefited from exposure to the related industries and clients.

As a Research Executive, you will be assisting the Research Team Leader on a daily basis, which involves routine direct communication with the client. You will be doing hybrid work between the office and home, and attending physical meetings as necessary.

Responsibilities

You will report and assist the Research Team Leader in managing the property research & advisory project, starting from establishing the conceptual framework of the research, through the research development and final reporting itself. Generally, you will be required to analyze research material, data, and reports, perform tasks, and others as required by the research project requirement.

Qualifications

We expect the successful candidate to have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business/Finance/Urban Planning (not Accounting) with 0-3 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English and well-versed in a professional setting, both written and orally
  • Confident and independent in thinking, leading, and collaborating with the research & advisory team
  • Previous experiences as a professional and/or researcher in the field of economics and finance background are preferred
  • Excellent reading skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the statistical & spatial concepts
  • Superior skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
