Role Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative for Tanahku, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through our services and turning inquiries into sales. Your role is to provide excellent customer service while efficiently handling inbound calls and helping clients resolve their land administration issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries, explaining our services related to land administration, deed creation, and notary dealings.
  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering the right solutions.
  • Help customers understand the value of our services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales or telesales. Preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Experience in land administration processes or having experience working in a notary office will be a big plus.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand complex land processes and explain them simply to customers.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
