Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain a positive relationship between the client company and Riliv, clearly communicate company values, and update clients on any new products, programs, or marketing initiatives via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
  • Ensure smooth implementation of projects with assigned clients in accordance with the established timeline by spearheading the execution of projects and collaborating with internal teams and partners
  • Prioritize client satisfaction while ensuring the effective and efficient use of internal resources to meet their needs
  • Prepare administrative needs required by both the client and Riliv during and after projects (in collaboration with legal, finance, and administrative team)
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, increasing client retention, and upselling
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product development and customer needs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major. Business, Marketing, Psychology or related fields are preferred (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the mental health industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Passionate in sales, result oriented and track record of resilience
  • Have high interest in HR and knowledge of mental health & wellness is a plus
  • Preferably has experience working in startup environment and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Will be located in Jakarta
