Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- 5+ years experience in a similar position, with managerial experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry being an added value.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience in digital marketing and sales across multiple channels.
- Effective leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
