Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • 5+ years experience in a similar position, with managerial experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry being an added value.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in digital marketing and sales across multiple channels.
  • Effective leadership and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media platforms, etc.).
