- Collect and analyze market data, industry trends, sales trends, competitor activities to develop and execute marketing and business strategies in order to achieve financial targets, increase market share, and maintain strong brand identity in the market.
- Involved with the product team from ideation to go-to-market.
- Develop 360 marketing campaigns aligned with the overall organization plan and brand identity.
- Set up sales targets and demand planning.
- Implement marketing and branding activities in order to meet the target that has been set and to generate demand and expand the brand reach across all channels.
- Ensure that execution of marketing and branding activities are aligned with the brand strategy.
- Construct monthly report in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the team meet its financial targets and operates within the budget.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts while representing the brand and do so in a way that reflects the brand image and personality.
- Liaise with trade partners to ensure all marketing activities are in full flow.
- Build, manage and inspire a highly motivated and high performing team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, meritocracy, collaboration and maintain a high standard from the team.
- An entrepreneurial mentality with a can-do attitude, able to think quickly, a great problem solver, and willing to continuously learn.
- 3 years of experience working in the beauty Industry.
- Deep understanding and strong commercial knowledge in the beauty industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the focus of driving growth sustainably.
- Highly analytic and data driven. Passion for details.
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work on-site full time (Surabaya).
