About The Department

Novo Nordisk is committed to transforming patient engagement through innovative digital strategies. As part of the Customer Engagement Business Unit, you will play a key role in shaping and executing digital and social media initiatives. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Director, you will work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful communication and engagement strategies.

The Position
This is a 24-months contract role where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital initiatives that enhance engagement with patients, stakeholders, and the broader healthcare community. As a Digital & Social Media Manager, your key responsibilities include:


  • Develop and execute creative digital and social media campaigns to drive healthcare awareness and engagement.
  • Lead ideation and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and innovation in digital initiatives.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and digital health ecosystem partners.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations to enhance impact.
  • Oversee program logistics, including scouting and evaluating digital health solutions and managing application processes



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, IT, or Design.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative/PR agencies, Tech-based platforms, or Consulting.
  • Proven ability to craft and execute digital engagement strategies in a healthcare or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging and influ-encing decision-makers at various levels.
  • Analytical and business acumen, capable of translating insights into strategic digital opportunities.
