Job Description:

EcoFlow, a leading innovator in portable power solutions, is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Host & Operations to monitor, manage, create breakthrough ideas and streamline our online operations while engaging customers through live streaming and chat support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, overseeing daily e-commerce activities, hosting product demonstrations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure EcoFlow’s customers have a seamless and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations :


• Oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and tracking.


• Ensure the online store run smoothly, with accurate product information and timely order fulfillment.


• Collaborate with the marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth operational workflows.

2. Live Streaming & Product Demonstrations:


• Host live-streamed product showcases, demonstrations, and promotional events to engage and attract customers.


• Respond to live viewer questions and comments in real-time during streaming sessions.


• Develop engaging content to promote products, answer inquiries, and drive sales during livestreams.

3. Customer Support & Engagement:


• Provide timely and friendly responses to customer inquiries via live chat, live stream and other communication channels.


• Resolve customer issues, including order inquiries, returns, and product-related concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.


• Track customer feedback and work with teams to implement improvements based on customer suggestions.

4. Monitoring & Reporting:

•Monitor e-commerce metrics, such as sales performance, traffic, and customer satisfaction.


• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding operations, live streaming performance, and customer engagement.

5. Collaboration:


• Work closely with the marketing team to plan promotions, sales events, and other campaigns.


• Assist in creating content for social media platforms, including product highlights, promotional materials, and customer interaction strategies.

Qualifications


• A bachelor's / Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.


• Relevant certifications or coursework in digital marketing, customer service, or live streaming are a plus.


• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in e-commerce operations, live streaming, or a customer service role .


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with an online audience.


• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, dynamic environments.


• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia, etc.).


• Comfortable with technology and live-streaming software (e.g., OBS).


• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.


• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
