Our first product lineup is brushless highspeed hairdryer that can cut short your drying time from 30 to just under 4 minutes. We are looking to up the ante of Ona brand and looking for creative visionaries who can bring the brand to the next level.

Job Description

• Maintain working communication and relationships with external parties such as warehouse, expedition/3PL, and other related parties.

• Daily monitoring, supervision, and making daily/weekly reports on the two main pillars of ecommerce: Omnichannel sales (such as but not limited to Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Official website, and Tiktok) and Customer excellence.

• Providing product information, problem solving, and technical assistance to customers on Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Tiktok Shop) and WhatsApp (Customer excellence), including coordinating customer orders and complaints from submission to final delivery, as well as arranging goods returns and processing guarantees in accordance with company SOP.

• Recap daily stock and monthly stock of goods.

• Arrange quality control for each product before delivery

• Responsible in handling all the products guarantee and stock opname.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a e-commerce specialist in relevant industry

• Capable of operating ms. Excel

• Fast, flexible and agile in adapting to a new fast paced environment.

• Experience in handling all marketplaces, especially Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Tiktokshop

• Can join as soon as possible
