We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team at YogaFit, the largest and most comfortable yoga studio in Indonesia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness and sales, with a strong leadership ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in achieving membership targets and ensuring a premium client experience aligned with our mission of promoting authentic yoga practices.

Job Responsibility
  • Train, mentor, and oversee the daily activities of the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, updates, and challenges.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships and additional programs like personal training, workshops, and retreats.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different client segments.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure resolution
  • Promote Yoga Fit’s programs, memberships, and events to potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor and improve the end-to-end sales process, from inquiry handling to membership enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
  • Ensure all team members follow up on leads and adhere to the studio’s lead allocation policy.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and client acquisition.
  • Ensure the team complies with company policies, including accurate data entry in CRM tools.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales supervisory role, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills to manage team performance.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays, as needed.
