Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Handle vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Calculate and process withholding tax payments.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare and submit tax journals and other relevant tax documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role, handling full-cycle accounting and tax processes.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
