  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Salary: Up to IDR 15,000,000 gross

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, including managing a team of 5-10 members.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the jewelry, FMCG/fast fashion, or cosmetics/skincare industries.
  • Previous experience as an Area Sales Supervisor is a strong advantage.
  • Skilled in managing distributors and sub-distributors.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and guiding sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Target-driven, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel for work purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track sales targets through the company’s distribution activities.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to drive sales growth and meet company objectives.
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of the sales team, coordinating their efforts in sales and promotional activities.
  • Develop strategies to expand partnerships with new stores, leveraging effective marketing and promotions.
  • Ensure product availability and promotional materials are consistently maintained at partner stores.
  • Address and resolve store partner concerns regarding products and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular store visits to foster strong relationships and enhance partner satisfaction.
