Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Padjadjaran Hotel in Bogor. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management to ensure the highest quality dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of culinary best practices, menu development, and food safety standards
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
  • Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
