  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Decription:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each procedure to be implemented in the unit’s operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for the entire operational team under supervision.
  • Ensure the operational team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness for the comfort of tenants.
  • Review and revise SOPs as needed to improve or adjust them based on operational requirements.
  • Actively participate in daily operational activities, collaborating and coordinating with all other teams/departments.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of units and follow up on any findings.
  • Analyze and take initiative for daily operational improvements.
  • Develop plans and programs to achieve OKR/personal KPI targets.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all new units going live/soft-live meet Rukita’s live unit standards in terms of building, staff, facilities, and equipment.

Job Specification:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role within cluster properties or buildings
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Skilled in budget development and financial management
