Job Decription:
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each procedure to be implemented in the unit’s operations.
- Conduct performance evaluations for the entire operational team under supervision.
- Ensure the operational team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness for the comfort of tenants.
- Review and revise SOPs as needed to improve or adjust them based on operational requirements.
- Actively participate in daily operational activities, collaborating and coordinating with all other teams/departments.
- Conduct periodic inspections of units and follow up on any findings.
- Analyze and take initiative for daily operational improvements.
- Develop plans and programs to achieve OKR/personal KPI targets.
- Responsible for ensuring that all new units going live/soft-live meet Rukita’s live unit standards in terms of building, staff, facilities, and equipment.
Job Specification:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role within cluster properties or buildings
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Skilled in budget development and financial management
- Ability to influence and motivate others
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
