Role Purpose:

We are seeking a data-driven and innovative Senior Campaign Manager to lead and optimize our partner media campaigns. This role will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of partner campaigns across multiple channels, including the website, CRM, WhatsApp, and call center outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and experience in managing cross-channel campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement a robust campaign strategy tailored to our partner channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing for engagement and conversion
  • Website Banner Management: Oversee and manage website banner placements for partner campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for traffic and conversion, and reflect the latest brand messaging and partner offers
  • CRM Campaigns: Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns, using insights to improve personalization and relevance across email, in-app notifications, and other CRM channels
  • Call Center Coordination: Partner with outbound sales teams to optimize outbound campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and an effective communication approach that resonates with target customers
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics across channels, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, along with recommendations for optimization
  • Utilize data analytics to refine and improve campaign performance continuously. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust campaign strategies accordingly
  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing channels and touchpoints. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost-effective and high-quality campaign execution
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign results and insights for stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in campaign marketing preferably in online channels within the e-commerce or fintech industries
  • Proven track record of successfully managing online marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Experience managing cross-channel campaigns and partnerships is essential
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the e-grocery industry and understanding of consumer behavior
