Role Description
As a Villa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our managed villas to ensure that guest and property standards are met at all times. This means that you will lead a team of staff at each managed villa or property, as well as handling maintenance and guest requests with professionalism. You will also handle inventory issues and speak to repair technicians when necessary at the villa. Your energetic approach to situations and problem-solving skills as well as your service attitude will allow operations to run smoothly, providing peace of mind for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring high guest service standards and property upkeep.
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, offering guests a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- Conduct regular inspections of the villa property to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors such as service providers and technicians.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with villa owners to provide updates on property performance and guest feedback.
- Implement safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in villa management or a similar role.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Good personality, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with PMS and booking system.
- Field activity enthusiast.
